Before you can configure incident or CMDB integration between OpsRamp and ServiceNow, you must first install the certified OpsRamp app from the ServiceNow Store.
This is a one-time setup step and must be completed by a ServiceNow Administrator.

Prerequisites
To access and install the OpsRamp integration from the ServiceNow Store, ensure you have:
- A valid ServiceNow account with admin permissions.
- Access to the ServiceNow App Store.
- A valid OpsRamp tenant and user credentials (to use later during configuration).
- Internet access on your ServiceNow instance (for app download and API connectivity).
Download and Install OpsRamp
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
- Navigate to System Applications > My Company Applications.
- Locate OpsRamp Integration and click Install.
The app is certified for the following ServiceNow versions:
- Utah
- Vancouver
- Washington DC
- Yokohama
